• Plan, design, and implement process improvement and CI projects
• Work hands on within a bespoke manufacturing facility
• Career progression into Senior, Lead & Management positions
• Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift

• Manufacturing environment experience
• Background in Process/Continuous Improvement
• Desire to become a technical subject matter expert
