Senior Network Administrator

The hands‑on Senior Network Administrator maintains and supports the computing environment, monitors and protects the network, and resolves or coordinates IT equipment‑related issues.

• Develop, implement, and support networks and servers
• Maintain and oversee the Helpdesk
• Monitor system stability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Administer Windows Servers and domain services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
• Administer critical cloud infrastructure such as Azure, Entra, AWS
• Manage wired and wireless networks (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, WLCs, WAPs)
• Support VoIP systems and data circuits (broadband, fiber, Internet)
• Maintain virtual and hyper‑converged infrastructure
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery policies
• Manage Office 365 policies and administration
• Provide end‑user support for workstations and peripherals, including desktop phones, thermal and laser printers, and laser scanners
• Work with vendors and implement new technologies
• Train and mentor team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Data center and technical management experience
• Ability to coordinate with staff and stakeholders
• Experience with Scale Computing, Fortinet, and VMware

• 5+ years of IT networking experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certifications and continuous education recommended
