A critical and influential position has arisen for a Environment, Health and Safety Manager to join a leading global industrial manufacturing organization. This role, reporting directly to the Site Director, acts as the primary EHS subject matter expert for the manufacturing plant and plays a critical role in the SLT of the site.

- The role reports directly to the Site Director, and plays a crucial role in driving a safety culture across the organization.
- The site is part of a larger international business that operates with a safety first culture. This role will offer the chance to engage on multi site programmes.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in EHS roles within manufacturing or industrial environments, with a strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Have a strong collaborative mindset that engages with both the front line workers and the senior leadership team to drive a safety first culture across the site.
- Be highly self-motivated, proactive, and organized, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ensure best practices across the site but also engage and support in wider business programmes and best practice implementation.
- Lead the site's environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives, including monitoring metrics (energy, waste, emissions) and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
- Competitive Salary $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
