• Lead & Develop Teams
  :
  Train, mentor, and supervise painting crews to drive high performance and maintain job site excellence.
• Manage Projects
  :
  Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Ensure Quality & Safety
  :
  Monitor work to meet Dry PaT s standards and enforce safety protocols at all times.
• Travel as Needed
  :
  Visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas; occasional travel to remote projects.
• Oversee Materials & Equipment
  :
  Manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance.
• Promote Compliance
  :
  Uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

• Bilingual Proficiency
  :
  Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Industry Expertise
  : 5+ years of hands-on residential painting experience.
• Leadership Experience
  : 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading field teams.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Clear, respectful, and confident communicator—written and verbal.
• Technical Know-How
  :
  Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade.
• Organized & Strategic
  :
  Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
