We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Paint Shop Apprentice. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and painting of various surfaces, including vehicles, equipment, and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a paint shop or related field is preferred but not required.

• Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning
• Mix and apply paint to various surfaces using spray guns, brushes, and rollers
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of paint shop equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license

• Know and follow all company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, and fully participating in company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.
• Must have the physical ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, gloves, clothing, and footwear as required by the job.

• Pass pre‑employment background check, physical exam including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position.
• Able to lift up to 50–80 pounds occasionally.
