Kitting Associate

Work as part of a team to complete the final assembly of kits. In this role, you will work 3, 1st Shift, 1 2nd Shift, 3, 5AM-3:30PM, Mon‑Thur, 1, 3PM-1:30AM, Tue‑Fri.

• Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations
• Read and understand fulfillment orders
• Collate, sort and batch printed materials and customer product
• Work as part of a team on a conveyor belt or assembly line
• Pull material and pack each day’s orders in a timely manner
• May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
• Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug‑free workplace is required
• Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have at least one year related experience and/or training

• Stands up to 2/3 of the shift daily
• Uses hands and fingers to handle, and feel over 2/3 of the shift daily
• Reaches with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily
• Lifts between 25 and 50 pounds 1/3 of the shift daily
• Requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)
• Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
