Warehouse Material Handler Lead

Monday‑through‑Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (may require overtime). Schedules are subject to change.

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lifting: 50 pounds consistently, up to 80 pounds occasionally; commercial tire lifts done with team or mechanical equipment.
• When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Operate stack racks up to 25 feet tall; must be comfortable working at heights safely.
• Be on the move, willing and able to work on feet for extended periods and overtime as needed.
• Contribute to the culture of safety and ensure adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
• Assist with inventory management through cycle counts and adjustments, returns, shortages, etc.
• Assist with e‑commerce and will call as needed.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as needed.

Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds; exert up to 40‑pound pushing force and handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifts). Protective equipment required: steel composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. Work environment may include weather exposure, moderate noise, fumes from tires, car parts, lubricants.

• 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds with barrels/tires.
• Proficiency at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Adherence to safety policies and transportation/regulation standards.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Teamwork skills.
• Pass pre‑employment drug test (no THC).
