Production Associate QUICK

Production Associate — 3rd shift

Location: Smyrna, TN

Pay: $23 per hour Weekly Pay!

• Support complex production and warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, assembly, and inventory control .

• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure product accuracy and compliance.

• Operate and maintain warehouse systems (SAP, WMS) for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting.

• Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve workflow issues.

• Support lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to FIFO inventory practices and assist with cycle counts and audits.

• Promote and uphold a safe work environment through regular safety checks and training participation.

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SAP, Sphere WMS, LXE).

• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and production workflows.

• Ability to lead by example , communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in La Vergne,TN.
