Brief Description
To perform review of repairs to ensure compliance with established Quanta Manufacturing repair procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisor, and the local community.
- Work as part of the team and collaborate with co-workers and colleagues.
- Responsible for reading, understanding and following all Work Instructions (WI’s) for each function performed.
- Responsible for working in compliance with safety and all other training.
- Adheres to and supports QMN’s Corporate Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring components are properly installed into chassis.
- Responsible for ensuring that the correct operating system and related drivers, and software are loaded correctly to each serviced system.
- Responsible for inspecting products to ensure product is assembled correctly.
- Responsible for inspecting products to ensure product is labeled correctly.
- Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by identifying all safety hazards and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
- Responsible for utilizing proper lifting and material movement techniques at all times.
- Actively works to improve processes in the company.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills And Abilities
- Computer literate in a Windows Environment;
Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet. - Basic math skills.
- Accurate counting skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be self‑motivated with ability to use own initiative.
- Flexibility to change direction frequently with little notice.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to complete projects under tight deadlines.
- Legible handwriting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.
- Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms.

- Ability to recognize defects or flaws in routine parts and/or products.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to squat to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand, stoop and bend.
- Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods.
- Able to work in warehouse environment.
- Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.
- Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms.
- Able to wear ESD gloves.
- Good visual acuity.
