Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Assembler for a contract opportunity in La Vergne, TN. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a structured, team‑oriented environment.

As an Assembler, you will help assemble, fabricate, package, and prepare products while following established work instructions and safety standards. This position offers consistent weekday hours, steady full‑time work, and the opportunity to contribute to daily production goals as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Assemble, fabricate, and package products according to work instructions.
  • - Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks in a production setting.
  • - Operate assembly equipment and rotate between assigned production tasks.
  • - Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and verbal or written instructions.
  • - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
  • - Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Compensation and Benefits
  • - Pay: $16 per hour.
  • - Schedule:

    Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • - Hours:

    40 hours per week.
  • - Type: 1‑year contract with possible extension.
  • - Location:

    La Vergne, TN.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • - Assemble and package products in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • - Operate basic assembly equipment and complete repetitive production tasks.
  • - Follow written and verbal instructions to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • - Support team production goals through consistent attendance, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • - 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • - Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
  • - Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • - Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
  • - Basic math skills.
  • - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
  • - Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • - Previous assembly line or light mechanical assembly experience.
  • - Experience working in a fast‑paced production or warehouse environment.
  • - Familiarity with basic quality checks and production safety procedures.
