Join Anchor Fabrication in LaVergne, Tn as a Metal Stamping Die Maker & Jig/Fixture Craftsman on 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Monday–Friday; weekend overtime as needed). If you thrive on solving complex machining puzzles and elevating production performance, this role is for you.

Can you say yes to the following?

• Analyze specifications and visualize final products to determine materials and machining processes
• Compute dimensions; lay out stock; measure, mark, and scribe; machine; and assemble to exacting standards
• Verify alignments and clearances; ensure conformance of all machined parts to drawings/specifications
• Examine existing tooling and propose design improvements for function and manufacturability

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of Tool & Die experience (Journeyman’s card preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under schedule pressure
• Strong communication skills; computer literate; fluent with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings

2nd shift, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities on weekends.
