Quality Analyst

NDC is headquartered in Nashville and is a leading national distributor and supply chain solutions provider of healthcare products. We are seeking a collaborative, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented Quality Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for helping lead the quality function across multi‑site distribution operations. It involves helping to establish, maintain, and optimize a quality management system that is ISO 9001, FDA, DSCSA, and VAWD compliant.

• Help develop and document work instructions.
• Monitor and audit warehouse processes to identify deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Document and report quality issues, non‑conformances, and corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
• Collaborate with operations management to implement quality improvements.
• Maintain records of inspections, audits, and quality metrics.
• Support training initiatives to educate staff on quality standards and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality, preferably in a warehouse operation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Skillful at project planning and aligning stakeholders.

• Experience with ISO standards or other quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with document management systems and warehouse management systems.
• Certification in quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Auditor, CQIA, CQT) is a plus.

• High levels of curiosity and learning agility.
• Strong work ethic, “can do” attitude, and “roll‑up your sleeves” mentality.
