An Account Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls, handling current and potential customers to generate revenue while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. You will solve customer issues and complaints, build relationships, and meet personal and team targets.
- Work collaboratively with PNP Program Leadership to identify, qualify, and grow small‑to‑medium accounts
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts for different topics
- Seize upsell opportunities for products and services
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by responding to their needs, offering solutions, and introducing internal resources
- Keep records of all conversations via CRM in a comprehensible way
- Attend educational seminars and training to improve knowledge and performance
- Meet personal and team quantitative and qualitative targets
- Understand marketing campaigns and communicate them to customers
- Set up and maintain SPA’s and customer digital platforms
- Utilize CRM as the customer management tool
- 3+ years of sales or experience in an outbound sales call role
- Basic navigation of Eclipse, SSM and Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of electrical products and distribution
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
- Experience using CRM systems and best practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi‑task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proficiency working in a team environment
