• Generate sales of equipment, generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds for Taylor Forklift and generator models
• Quote services in the field and maintain strong customer relations
• Develop new customer accounts while managing existing relationships in the assigned territory
• Attend and participate in industry trade shows and conferences to strengthen the company brand
• Provide detailed weekly call reports to the Sudden Service Manager to address customer concerns

• High School Education or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Excellent communication skills, with tact and diplomacy in customer interactions
• Sales experience preferred

• Previous experience in sales within the equipment or service industry
• Familiarity with generator service and rental operations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at out-of-town locations
