• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting.
• Identify leaks, electrical malfunctions, or plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service during site visits, explaining findings and solutions clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and next steps.
• Conduct regular service visits to ensure pool/spa systems are operational and safe.
• Collaborate with warehouse and service coordinators to ensure proper scheduling and inventory.
• Uphold safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Load service vehicle with necessary tools, parts, and equipment for daily assignments.
• Use mobile apps or software to log service calls and updates.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle.

• 1–3+ years of experience in pool/spa service, equipment repair, or related field.
• Technical knowledge of pool systems (filtration, hydraulics, electrical, plumbing) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working with tools, parts, and safety equipment.
• Willingness to work some weekends or overtime during peak season.

Full‑Time:
Monday–Friday. Occasional Saturdays or overtime during peak months.

Based in La Vergne, TN. Service area includes surrounding regions with local travel required.
