The base pay for this position is $18.75 per hour.

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 11:30am.

• $1.50 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am

• Unload and receive inbound furniture orders requiring manually moving large, heavy goods.
• Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver product up to 150+ pounds, either unassisted or via team lift.
• Use scan technology to document carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location.
• Monitor order management systems to ensure all orders received properly, providing detailed descriptions for any overage/shortage/damage issues.
• Perform regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate and up to date.
• Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
• Provide direct input into existing user tools and recommend improvements based on daily experience.
• Be a vocal contributor on the team.
• Work effectively with peers and managers.
• Identify efficient ways to complete assigned tasks and ask clarifying questions when appropriate.
• Read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and that of others.
• Be cross‑trained in other departments and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs unassisted or via team lift.
• Ability to work on warehouse floor 8+ hours a day.
• Strong, consistent work ethic.
• Comfortable with scanning technology.
• Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
• Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
• Read and comprehend English to ensure safety.
