Assist with day-to-day operations of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a current University of La Verne student.
- Demonstrate familiarity with theatre tools and techniques such as sewing, painting, drawing, graphic design, carpentry, electrics, computer software, video, or computer programming. Provide a letter of recommendation speaking to the candidate's character and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working backstage on multiple high school or college theatre productions.
- Experience with building, construction, or crafts, demonstrated through a portfolio or letter of recommendation.
- Patience, humor, and a desire to help others succeed in technical theatre, fostering lifelong learning, diversity, and community.
Work Schedule: Flexible, including weekdays, some evenings, and weekends. Ideal candidates can work Mondays and Wednesdays between 1-4 pm.
