The purpose of this position is to provide professional administrative support to the Sr. Instructional Technologist. Responsibilities include assisting with digital communications, video production, website and social media presence, event planning and execution, clerical tasks, and survey creation and distribution.

• Must be a current University of La Verne student with Federal Work Study eligibility for the  academic year.
• Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment.
• Experience with video editing, videography, and/or photography, and/or graphic/web design, especially within the context of social media.
• Interest in all aspects of communications with an aptitude for video editing and production.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Apps, and similar cloud-based platforms.
• Comfort learning and using a range of software and hardware tools.
• Strong relational and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage own assignments and work independently with limited supervision.

• Knowledge of Adobe CC or Final Cut, metadata tagging, and/or database management.
• Ability to work within Windows and Mac OS environments.
