Job Description Summary
The Admission Specialist is responsible for prospective student outreach. This position will work with traditional undergraduate students, transfer students, and graduate students. The incumbent will be responsible for working with new applicants on application completion and entering application data into the student information system.
Minimum Qualifications- Experience making high volume phone calls.
- Customer service experience.
- Customer Relationship Management Software knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree.
