Responsibilities
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Logistics and Procurement area and should have completed 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4
HANA, preferably with good data migration experience. - In-depth understanding of the configuration of business processes in Logistics - Materials Management and Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge on integration of MM & FI with cross-functional modules WM, SD, QM, FI, etc.
- Experience in managing the load of master data loads of Vendor and Customer Master data using Migration Cockpits (LTMC).
- PO/PR release procedures; sound knowledge of Business Partner maintenance.
- Ability to document well-defined functional specifications and work with development teams to deploy changes.
- Good knowledge of Organization structure;
Master data maintenance, Purchasing process, RFQ, Outline agreements and MM pricing procedures, Release procedure, Release strategies, special stocks, LIV and Vendor payment setups. - Knowledge on Service orders.
- Able to manage the maintenance of the source list, info records, quota arrangements, scheduling agreements, reservations, vendor consignment, sub contracting and vendor evaluation.
- Good understanding of movement types and GR & GI process and print issues.
- Knowledge on output determination PO/GR/GI.
- Resolution of issues related to subsequent debit and subsequent credit & Invoice verification.
- Good knowledge on stock transfers and stock transport orders.
- Knowledge of warehouse management settings with various storage types, sections and storage bins and quants; knowledge of stock replacement and stock removal strategies.
- Experience with automatic TO for replenishing of fixed bins as background jobs.
- Configuration of staging areas and doors for deliverables into TOs.
- Knowledge on advanced picking and put-away strategies (FIFO and LIFO), RF queue management, and ability to support RFID functionality and related issues.
- Develop specs for multiple RICEF objects.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Logistics and Procurement area; 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4

- Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and collaboration with development teams.
- Knowledge of organization structure, purchasing processes, RFQ, outline agreements, pricing procedures, release procedures/strategies, and related stock/vendor payment setups.
- Familiarity with service orders, source lists, info records, quota arrangements, scheduling agreements, reservations, vendor consignment, subcontracting, and vendor evaluation.
- Understanding of movement types, GR/GI processes, output determination, and invoice verification.
- Stock management knowledge: stock transfers, stock transport orders, warehouse management settings, storage types, sequences, bin and quants, and related replenishment strategies.
- Experience with TOs, staging areas, RF queue management, and RFID support.
- Ability to develop RICEF specifications.
