Deburr Technician

Job Description

The Deburr Technician prepares machined metal and aerospace components for production by removing burrs, finishing edges, and performing visual inspections. Reporting to a production supervisor, this role uses manual hand tools, bench grinders, and sanders while maintaining an organized and effective workstation.

Responsibilities

• Deburr machined metal and aerospace components using manual hand tools.
• Finish component edges to meet production requirements.
• Interpret blueprints to support accurate part processing.
• Use bench grinders and sanders for deburring and surface finishing.
• Perform visual first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workstation.
• Report to and coordinate with the production supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in metal finishing.
• Experience operating hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with grinding and polishing.
