Join to apply for the Phonathon Manager role at University of La Verne.
This is a seasonal part-time position (20 hours per week, no more than 5 hours per day) for the calling seasons of February-May and September-December.
The Phonathon Manager will oversee the daily productivity of the call center and student staff, develop strategies to meet fundraising goals, and support the professional development of student fundraisers.
Responsibilities include maintaining the phonathon center's organization, recruiting, hiring, and coaching student employees, and working closely with the Director of Leadership and Annual Giving and the Associate Director of Annual Giving.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma
- At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (Sunday 2:00 pm-7:00 pm; Monday-Thursday 5:45 pm – 9:00 pm; Saturday 11:00 am-4:00 pm)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with automated calling software such as WBT’s Donor Connect (preferred)
- Experience in fundraising, telemarketing, marketing, or non-profit philanthropy (preferred)
