This exposure led to a successful franchise expansion, growing to 36 locations across the United States, with 15 in San Diego County.
The Broken Yolk Cafe focuses on staying current with trends while prioritizing excellent food and customer experiences.
This is a part-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at our La Verne, CA location. Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring high-quality food and service standards, and meeting customer satisfaction goals. Additional duties include training team members, managing inventory, addressing customer needs, and promoting a positive team environment to provide exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills, including staff training, scheduling, and supervising performance
- Experience in customer service and the ability to foster outstanding guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of inventory management and operational tasks within a restaurant environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality management is preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
