Beauty Advisor; Inside Sales

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. You'll assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, providing knowledge and support through Sally Beauty's training programs. Bring your passion and personality— we'll handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers and vendors.
• Recommend complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise for sales and promotional events.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
• Handle cash and monetary transactions accurately.
• Maintain store environment and manage inventory, communicating issues as needed.
• Adhere to Sally Beauty's culture, values, and ethical standards.
• Safeguard company assets and maintain accurate records.
• Work flexible schedules; may include opening/closing the store and making bank deposits.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Preferred 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned.

This role involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around chemicals. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying conditions.
