We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager (ASM) to help lead our team, support store operations, and deliver an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

• 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
