Location: Omaha, NE or Indianapolis, IN

Position Summary - Responsible for assisting Sanctuary partner firms with bookkeeping services on a monthly basis, including attending meetings with 3rd party CPA partners to track and execute recommendations.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Collect financial information from partner firms to enter into the accounting system
- Communicate with financial advisor firms to ensure activity is recorded properly in the general ledger
- Assist financial advisors in linking checking, credit card and other direct feeds into the accounting system
- Coordinate monthly financial statement preparation with CFO and 3rd party CPA partners
- Assist with 1099 process for advisor’s vendors and partner with Sanctuary corporate accounting with IRS filing
- Communicate with the Firm’s tax partner as required, including attending review meetings
- Other tasks as assigned
The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet proficiency
- Positive attitude, excellent work ethic and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience with Quick Books and Sage Intacct a plus
- Proficiency with computers
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
