This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman based in La Vista, NE
. The Foreman will oversee daily operations and ensure project schedules are met efficiently. Responsibilities include managing and supervising teams, operating various construction equipment, coordinating materials and labor, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Additional tasks may involve carpentry, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and managing on-site operations
• Experience operating and handling heavy equipment in a construction environment
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in carpentry and related construction techniques
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for equipment and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Previous experience working in construction or with specific materials like EIFS or metal stud framing is an advantage
