We’re seeking an experienced Preconstruction/Estimating Manager to lead our preconstruction efforts and guide teams through one of the most critical phases of every project—from early concept through client partnership. This is a chance to influence strategy, drive innovation, and lead a talented team shaping the future of how we build.
What You’ll Do- Lead estimating efforts across diverse commercial projects
- Build cost models and collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal partners
- Manage and mentor a high-performing preconstruction team
- Oversee workload, quality control, and deliverables
- Champion process improvements, Lean initiatives, and virtual design integration
- Play a key role in RFP responses and interview presentations
- 10+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Proven ability to lead people, manage priorities, and streamline processes
- Strong knowledge of modern estimating tools and construction technology
- A passion for collaboration, precision, and elevating standards across every estimate
