Schedule:

4-10s (Wednesday's Off)

• Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus (Paid in FULL after 30 days of employment)

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Completion of IV Therapy Course
