Join our team as a Fitness Sales Associate for HOTWORX La Vista

Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? Do you have a natural ability to connect with people and drive sales? If so, we want you to join our team at HOTWORX LaVista!

• Generate leads and drive sales for HOTWORX memberships and products
• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
• Promote HOTWORX sessions and programs to encourage member engagement

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred - will train
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings and some Saturdays
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Social Media content creation

Starting pay for a Trainer Sales Associate is $13.50. Monthly commission and bonuses are offered for meeting sales goals as well as a monthly membership to studio and discounted retail.
