Resolve complex technology problems onsite at DXC Technology’s Voisey’s Bay facility using Windows, Office 365, and network troubleshooting skills. This role follows a fly-in support rotation.
As an Onsite Field Services Technician, you will support end users, technical projects, and integrated equipment changes. The work includes Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Intune, Multifactor Authentication, Service Now, Office 365, hardware, software, and mobile devices. You will document systems, train clients, and follow escalation policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve escalated technology problems through diagnostic assessment
- Coordinate complex install, move, add, and change activities
- Support projects distributing personal computers
- Guide clients on systems and products
- Maintain software and hardware documentation
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Three to five years of IT technical support experience
- Windows 10 or 11 enterprise experience
- Office 365 and Microsoft Intune experience
- Basic to complex network troubleshooting ability
