Maintenance Manager

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee and optimize maintenance operations at our facilities in Labrador City. This leadership role offers the opportunity to develop and implement strategic maintenance programs, ensuring operational reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment and systems.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime data, and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and safety departments.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of materials and services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to minimize risks.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational costs and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and failure analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
