Flexible scheduling promotes responsiveness to participant needs, including evening and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify participant strengths and career goals

• Facilitate job search support and preparation

• Build relationships with local employers and organizations

• Maintain participant records with attention to detail

• Engage with community resources for participant benefit

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant discipline

• Recent experience supporting individuals with complex barriers

• Knowledge of community resources and local labor trends

• Valid BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
