Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze labor/material cost estimates

• Read and interpret blueprints for project specifications

• Create and submit detailed bid documents and reports

• Liaise with engineers and contractors for adjustments

• Manage budgets and monitor expenditure flows

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of estimating experience in construction

• Completion of a relevant college diploma

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office suite

• Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license
