Position: Guitar Teaching Role at Long & McQuade
Elevate music education as a Guitar Teacher at Long & McQuade in Beauport, QC. This contract position seeks music professionals with teaching experience to inspire students through guitar lessons.

As an independent contractor, you will lead guitar lessons at our dedicated Lesson Centre. Candidates must be available on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends to cater to a range of students. Your teaching expertise should encompass effective learning methodologies suitable for various ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guitar instruction to students

• Develop and adapt lesson content based on student needs

• Encourage student engagement and musical development

• Coordinate lesson scheduling and attendance

• Maintain a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from a recognized college or university

• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Relevant teaching experience with students of all ages

• Comprehensive knowledge of music teaching practices

• Strong communication and organizational skills
