In this position, you will work directly with the President & Founder, playing a key role in governance and strategic decision-making. A minimum of five years of experience in executive support roles is needed, and you’ll manage board agendas, facilitate smooth meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports. Your proactive approach will align organizational strategy with governance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage board and committee agendas efficiently

• Ensure effective governance and board meeting operations

• Offer administrative support, including diary management

• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for audiences

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality in interactions

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• At least five years in governance support roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
