Blue Yonder WMS Consultant - fulford

In this position, you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your robust analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. Based on these analyses, you will formulate and present your recommendations to our clients.

• Configure and implement Blue Yonder WMS across client environments
• Gather and document business requirements; map them to system functionality
• Lead or support workshops, solution design sessions, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues during and after deployment
• Provide go‑live and post‑implementation support
• Train client end users and super users
• Collaborate with technical, integration, and project management teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of hands‑on Blue Yonder WMS (JDA/Red Prairie) implementation or support experience
• Strong understanding of core warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and cycle counting
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel to the US regularly (valid passport required; must be able to obtain US business travel authorization)
• Based in Canada with legal authorization to work in Canada
• Experience with MOCA, integration tools, or WMS reporting/labeling
• Prior consulting experience

• Exposure to adjacent Blue Yonder modules (Labor Management, Transportation Management)
