Surveying Technician in Civil Engineering

Pomerleau is seeking a surveying technician to support our civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You'll conduct field surveys, set out essential markers, and relay critical information to stakeholders. With 1 to 2 years of construction site experience, you'll maintain strong communication and supervision throughout projects ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over one billion dollars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys using various instruments

• Set out points and markers for construction guidance

• Relay project information to all stakeholders

• Monitor and inspect work for compliance

• Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements:

• DEP, AEC or Certificate in surveying or civil engineering

• 1-2 years of civil construction experience

• Valid ASP Construction & SIMDUT 2015 cards

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Proficiency with surveying equipment (total station, GPS)
