Position: Foreman for Earthmoving Projects
Join Pomerleau as a Foreman specializing in excavation for major wind farm projects worth over $1 billion. Your leadership will uphold the highest safety standards in construction.

In your role as Foreman, you will coordinate excavation and earthmoving tasks within the Infrastructure team. This position requires a focus on safety as well as efficient management of subcontractors and team members. You will ensure material availability and compliance with project plans while maintaining quality monitoring of the work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in workplace health and safety

• Organize and supervise workers in the field

• Lead coordination meetings at the start of shifts

• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations

• Write and manage daily workforce reports

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in civil engineering, 2 as a foreman

• Valid CCQ and Class 5 driver’s license

• Excellent communication and planning skills

• Ability to read and apply construction plans

• Familiarity with technological tools in construction
