Job DescriptionThe Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of the service center, ensuring a well‑maintained, organized, and efficient facility.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, security, and customer service.
- Manage customer walk‑ins, phone calls, and service requests, routing them to appropriate personnel and maintaining a log of inquiries and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to address any facility‑related issues that may impact service operations.
- Process service‑identified or customer walk‑in RMAs, parts quotes, and straightforward orders, escalating to the Regional Service Development Manager when needed.
- Collaborate with the National Facilities Coordinator to implement best practices and consistent facility management across all centers.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repair activities, and equipment inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers for facility‑related services, negotiating contracts to ensure cost‑effective support.
- Assist with local marketing efforts, such as community events and partnerships, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Submit customer orders to the appropriate department for processing and maintain organized inventory of materials.

Hourly wage: $21.50 – $29.00 per hour. Additional employee benefits included.
