Traveling Construction Crew Member

Nationwide (Full-Time Travel)

Pay: $30 - $40 per Hour (depending on experience)

Base Pay Range

$62,400.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Perform general construction labor tasks including site prep, demolition, material handling, and cleanup
  • Support carpenters, foremen, and other trades with installation of fixtures, finishes, millwork, and equipment
  • Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools
  • Assist with layout, measurements, and verification of field work
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Help coordinate deliveries, equipment staging, and site logistics
  • Travel nationwide to support project schedules and deadlines
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in hospitality or retail environments
  • Skilled in the safe use of construction tools, equipment, and materials
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing and safety best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, dependability, and a team-focused mindset
  • Willingness and ability to travel full-time across the U.S
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Procore, or Bluebeam (a plus)
