We are currently taking applications for amazing Breaker/Floaters Teachers!
Our center is locally owned and offers a warm, loving and supporting environment for staff as well as children. We understand our staff have families and outside responsibilities; we work with staff to meet their needs as well as those of the center and team. In addition, we support and encourage our staff to continue education and training!
We prefer Lead Teachers to have a minimum of a Child Development Associate. Experience working as a lead teacher in a child care center or similar setting is required for all lead teachers, as well as knowledge and understanding of child development, toddler behavior, schedules, and curriculum. In addition, applicants must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a background check, TB test and a physical.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for teaching children; people with excellent communication skills as well as a team mindset. Good classroom management skills are a must.
