Job Description
As a key member of our team, you'll not only refine your existing expertise but also deliver unparalleled client service. Our Project Managers are an essential part of our design teams and are accountable for project coordination and ensuring projects are completed effectively and meet client expectations.
- Management and/or design of projects
- Primary interface with clients on project coordination and design
- Supervise and direct design engineers and drafters
- Responsible for technical content and quality control
- Establish project fees and schedules
- Track project budget and timing to ensure fulfillment of contract commitments and profitability
- Provide construction administration support
- Communicate with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
- Attend site visits
- B.S. Degree or higher
- P.E. License in Washington State
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge
- Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington State
- Permitting experience with various municipalities
- Ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills are essential
- Competency, accountability, and personal commitment to deliver quality work to our clients
- Competitive base salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 determined by experience, education, and skills
