At Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available and support multiple departments across our locations.

• Call Center – Olympia
• Internal Medicine – Centralia
• Endocrinology – Lacey
• Family Medicine – Lacey, Olympia
• Occupational Medicine – Lacey
• Physiatry – Lacey
• Obstetrics & Gynecology – Olympia

Full-time, day shift.

• 1 year of customer service experience

• Toward two years of community college or business school training
• Additional coursework in business or health care related subjects
• 1 year experience working in a medical setting
• Experience with electronic medical records

WA Puget Sound Min: $20.76, Max: $29.08 per hour.
