OverviewAt Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available and support multiple departments across our locations.
Departments & Locations- Call Center – Olympia
- Internal Medicine – Centralia
- Endocrinology – Lacey
- Family Medicine – Lacey, Olympia
- Occupational Medicine – Lacey
- Physiatry – Lacey
- Obstetrics & Gynecology – Olympia
Full-time, day shift.

- 1 year of customer service experience
- Toward two years of community college or business school training
- Additional coursework in business or health care related subjects
- 1 year experience working in a medical setting
- Experience with electronic medical records
