Providence Centralia Hospital is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist practice. The role handles appointments, gathers and documents patient information through interviews, manages prior authorizations, and may administer vaccines when in scope.

• High school diploma or GED
• Washington Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
• National Certified Pharmacy Technician certification within 2 years of hire as applicable
• 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience with PTCB or 2 years experience without National Certification

• Coursework or training in pharmacy technician program
• 1 year customer service experience
