Position: TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate)

We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Full‑Time TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate) for our Olympia clinic

Job Title: TMS Technician (Medical Technician/Patient Advocate)

Location: Onsite – Olympia Clinic

Employment Type: Full‑Time, W‑2 Employee

Hourly Rate: $21–$24/hr

Schedule /

Hours:

Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM (no nights or weekends)

Reports To: Regional Manager

Responsibilities
  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
  • Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
  • Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
  • Manage scheduling, follow‑ups, and maintain HIPAA‑compliant records.
  • Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Preferred education:

    BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
  • 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, patient care tech, etc.).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
  • Patient‑centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive.
  • Detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively.
  • Preferred: BLS certification.
