Physical Therapist Position – Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation
Elevate your physical therapist career with us! Lacey Post Acute & Rehab offers an opportunity to join the in‑house therapy team at our 120‑bed skilled nursing facility in Lacey, WA. We provide around‑the‑clock skilled nursing in a residential setting, with an outdoor recreation area, patio garden, rehab gym, beauty/barber shop, library, pastoral support, and transportation services.
CompensationBase pay range: $42.00/hr – $50.00/hr

- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university
- Valid Physical Therapy license for state practice
- Conduct physical therapy assessments of referred patients, providing direct patient care and evaluating medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential
- Proficient in EMR documentation (PCC; prior experience not required)
- CPR certification
