Position Overview
We are seeking an On‑Site Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to students in PreK‑12 schools, helping them achieve developmental, educational, and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Implement evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions to address students' specific needs.
  • Monitor and document students' progress toward goals, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and other school staff regarding strategies to promote student participation and success in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students' academic and functional needs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' education plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and required paperwork.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric occupational therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration therapy, handwriting without tears, and other therapeutic modalities (preferred).
