Medical Receptionist – Lacey Medical Clinic (On‑Call)

Sea Mar is hiring an on‑call Receptionist for our Lacey Medical Clinic. The receptionist will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments, contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar, taking messages, and other front‑office duties. The ideal candidate must possess problem‑solving skills, communicate efficiently, be sensitive to patient needs, maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism, and be able to multi‑task using basic office software.

This position may require occasional travel to and work at other Thurston County Clinics.

• Minimum one‑year experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, computer and typing skills required.
• Excellent verbal, customer‑service and written skills necessary.
• Good organizational skills are a must.

Hourly Rate: $20.76
