Position SummaryThe Safety & Quality Specialist supports field operations by promoting safe work practices and consistent service quality. This hands‑on role conducts site inspections, delivers training, and partners with leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA/DOSH and company standards.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections at multiple customer sites (day and night).
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/DOSH regulations and internal safety policies.
- Maintain Accident Prevention Programs (APPs) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) libraries.
- Investigate, document, and track incidents, near‑misses, and corrective actions.
- Deliver safety and quality training for new hires and ongoing employees.
- Verify PPE usage, chemical labeling, and equipment readiness.
- Track inspections and incidents using systems such as Connecteam or Track Via.
- Partner with supervisors to support coaching, staffing coverage, and corrective actions.
- Participate in customer walkthroughs and recovery visits as needed.
- 2–5 years of experience in safety, quality, or field operations (janitorial/facilities preferred).
- Working knowledge of OSHA/DOSH safety standards.
- Strong documentation and follow‑through skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, safety or operations platforms).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, HAZWOPER certification, Spanish fluency.
